1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "a771" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at https://a771.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the a771 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all software, APIs, and data feeds that form part of the a771 service.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a player upon successful completion of the a771 registration process.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses or accesses any of the services offered by a771.
• "Balance" means the aggregate sum of real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's Account that is subject to specific wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it qualifies for conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.

• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a Player to restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period, as described in Section 12.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the a771 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the a771 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is evidenced by any of the following actions: completing the registration form and clicking the confirmation checkbox; making a first deposit; placing a first bet or game wager; or any continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The a771 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. a771 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be, or suspected of being, under 21 years of age.

3.2 Geographic Restriction. The a771 Platform is designed and intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and legal responsibility. a771 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 One Account per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the a771 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same national ID number, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — are prohibited. a771 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold any balances associated with them pending investigation.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and NID (National Identity Card) number where requested. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

3.5 KYC Verification. a771 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point in the account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

• You must not register on behalf of another person.
• You must not allow any third party to use your Account.
• You must not register if you have previously been self-excluded from a771.
• You must not register if you are an employee, contractor, or agent of a771 or any of its game-provider partners.

4 Account Security

4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a771 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active will be attributed to you and is your sole responsibility.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a771 immediately by contacting [email protected]. a771 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your Account but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. a771 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. Disabling 2FA after it has been set up requires identity verification.

4.4 Session Security. The Platform will automatically log out inactive sessions after a defined period of inactivity. You should log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared device. a771 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to log out on a shared device.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. a771 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfer from approved Bangladeshi commercial banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the a771 Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. 5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. a771 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet channels and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance. Real-money funds are always prioritised for staking before bonus funds unless the Player selects otherwise.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by a771 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 of eligible wagering before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

6.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements are fulfilled by placing real-money bets on eligible games as specified in each offer's terms. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer table games and specific jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Players should check the game contribution table published with each bonus offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire if the wagering requirement is not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

6.5 Abuse Prevention. a771 monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting low-edge games to convert bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, a771 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the a771 Platform are subject to acceptance by a771. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be treated as void and any staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

7.2 Odds and Prices. For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), handball, and other available sports — odds are displayed in decimal format. a771 reserves the right to correct any odds that are published in error, even after a bet has been accepted, provided the error is manifest and material.

7.3 Void Bets. a771 reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances: market suspended or cancelled; event abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result; incorrect or duplicated odds; technical error in the bet placement system; or evidence that the bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already concluded.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games available on the a771 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a771 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by a771.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gain must be reported to a771 immediately and is not withdrawable.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome in any sporting event.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market simultaneously across multiple accounts or payment methods in order to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage).
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Impersonating another person or using another person's identity, payment method, or Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your geographic location or bypass regional access restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward a771 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the a771 Platform — including but not limited to the a771 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of a771 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of a771.

Game content, including graphics, sound, and software, provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming, is the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by a771 under licence. No rights in that content are transferred to Players.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Privacy & Data

a771 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and normal use of the Platform in accordance with the a771 Privacy Policy. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Where a dispute between a Player and a771 cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute being provided to a771 via [email protected], both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed independent mediator before initiating formal court proceedings.
